Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes. You tell me what you're asking. I'll be looking at the relevant charts while we talk — sometimes one, sometimes a few. What you leave with depends on what's there. Sometimes it's something to do. Sometimes it's something to be careful of for a while — don't sign that contract, don't drive too much this month, don't take that argument any further. Sometimes it's just knowing what's running and how long.     Helps if you do. If you don't, we'll work with what you have — there are ways to tighten it during the session itself.
