1.1The service§1

In a consultation, Vipin reads your chart around the questions you actually bring — what it indicates for your situation, and what can be done about it. It is meant to inform your own decisions, not to replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it does not promise a particular outcome.

1.2How the practice works§6

Remedies are part of the practice where the chart calls for them — a mantra, a fast, a gemstone — prescribed only where warranted, and never as a condition of the consultation. Where a gemstone is advised, Vipin explains which stone, when to begin wearing it, and the observance that accompanies it.

Vipin Kaushik does not sell gemstones and holds no stock. If you would like help obtaining one, he can point you to a supplier whose work he knows; that purchase is a separate transaction between you and the supplier, on their terms, and you are free to source the stone anywhere you choose. The advice you receive in your consultation does not depend on where you buy it.

You will receive a written account of your consultation, and of any remedies and how they are to be done, to keep for reference.

There is no automatic kundli generator on this site. If you would like your chart itself, ask, and Vipin will send it to you.

The fee is for the reading, not for a conclusion. What a consultation gives you is what the chart says and what Vipin makes of it. That does not change according to what you would prefer to hear, or what you are willing to pay.

There are questions Vipin does not take. He does not predict a death. He does not rule on the outcome of litigation or an election. He does not advise on anything intended to affect another person against their will. Where a question falls outside what the practice does, he will say so and explain why.

Vipin Kaushik may decline a consultation, or bring one to an end. Where he ends a consultation, the fee is returned in full (see Cancellation & Refunds §5).

Neither of us speaks publicly about the other. Vipin Kaushik does not name his clients, or confirm that a consultation took place. Equally, you may not describe him as your astrologer, or make public use of his name or of your consultation, without his written consent.

2.1Booking and fees§3

Current fees are shown on the site, in Indian Rupees. Vipin Kaushik is not registered for GST, and no GST is charged.

Consultations are held online. In-person sessions in Gurugram are not currently offered.

Booking works by request: you send your request, Vipin confirms a time, and payment is then arranged directly to confirm the session. For now that is handled manually — usually over WhatsApp — and an online payment option may be added later. Vipin Kaushik keeps no card or banking details.

Every payment is receipted, whether it is made by transfer, UPI, or in cash.

Pricing may change; changes apply only to bookings made afterwards.

3.1Cancellation, reschedule and refunds§4

Fees are ordinarily not refundable. A consultation that cannot be attended is rescheduled, not refunded — the session is not lost, it is moved. A consultation that has been paid for remains available to you for 12 months.

To reschedule, let Vipin know — by call or message — before the appointed time; a new time is then proposed for you to confirm before the appointment is moved.

The same terms apply to him. If Vipin Kaushik cancels, or is unable to hold a confirmed consultation, the choice is yours — a new time, or a full refund. Where he cancels at less than 24 hours’ notice, the rescheduled consultation is provided at no charge.

Refunds are also made in the exceptional circumstances set out in the full policy — including payments made twice or in an incorrect amount, which are returned in all cases.

4.1Eligibility and consent§2

You must be 18 or older, and able to enter into a binding agreement, to book a consultation.

Where the consultation concerns a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or lawful guardian, and you consent on the child’s behalf to their birth details being provided and read for this purpose. Where the details concern another adult, you confirm that you have their consent.

By sending a request you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the details you provide are accurate.

4.2Your responsibilities§5

Please share your birth details — date, time, and place — as accurately as you can. Where the birth time is uncertain, rectification is part of what a consultation can do; for the rest, the reading relies on the details you give, and Vipin Kaushik can’t be responsible for a reading based on incorrect information.

Please also don’t record, share, or redistribute what’s said in a consultation without prior written consent.

5.1The words and design on this site§7

Everything on this site — the writing, the design, the glyphs, the artwork — is Vipin Kaushik’s, or is used with permission. You’re welcome to read it, share it, and quote it with attribution. Please don’t reproduce it for commercial use without asking first.

5.2What Vipin can and can’t be responsible for§8

A consultation is given in good faith, and the decisions you make afterward remain yours. Vipin isn’t responsible for those decisions, or for knock-on losses that follow from them. Where the law allows a limit, anything owed is limited to the fee for the session in question. None of this takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be signed away — those stay yours regardless of what this page says.

5.3Which law applies§9

These terms follow the laws of India. If a dispute can’t be resolved between us, the courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction — though as a consumer, you may also have the right to raise a matter where you live, and nothing here is meant to take that away.

5.4Changes§10

These terms may change. Material changes will be noted on the site, and the effective date at the top is the authoritative one.
